Position Overview
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless patient experiences by guiding patients through their treatment process, presenting financial options, and ensuring smooth scheduling. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a Treatment Coordinator or dental front office role.
- Knowledgeable in Dental Treatment Planning: Familiarity with cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CareStack (preferred) or other dental practice management software.
- Financial & Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of dental insurance verification, billing, and payment collection.
- Strong Communication & Sales Skills: Ability to present treatment plans and build strong patient relationships.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple treatment plans, track follow-ups, and ensure seamless patient coordination with accuracy and efficiency.
- Relationship-Building Skills: A warm, compassionate approach to patient care with the ability to build trust, reassure patients, and create lasting relationships.
- CPR Certification
Schedule:
Full-time (36 hours/week)
4 days/week, approximately 7 am to 4:00 pm, providing consistent hours and a balanced work schedule.
